Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Presha Platforms LLC ("we," "us"), which runs wtm.miami. By using wtm.miami you agree to these terms, the Community Rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use wtm.miami.

What wtm.miami is

wtm.miami is a public feed of short posts (up to 500 characters and one optional image), threaded replies, reactions (Love and Trash), and @mentions. Anyone can read wtm.miami without an account. You need an account to post, reply, react, or report.

Who can use wtm.miami

• You must be at least 18 years old. wtm.miami is not for anyone under 18, and we will close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.
• You need a US mobile number that you control.
• One account per person. Don't create an account for someone else, share your account, or make a new account after we've banned you.
• The information you give us at signup must be true.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and phone secure. Tell us at hello@wtm.miami if you think someone else has access to your account. Your username is public; your email, phone number, and birthday are not.

SMS terms

• What we send: wtm.miami sends one-time verification codes by text message only. We never send marketing or promotional texts. If you choose, we can read you the code in a voice call instead.
• How often: only when you sign up, log in on a new device (and at least every 30 days), or reset your password. Message frequency varies with how you use your account.
• Consent: by entering your mobile number at signup and requesting a code, you agree to receive these verification texts from wtm.miami at that number.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for your plan's details.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email hello@wtm.miami.
• Opt out: reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Because the codes are how we verify it's you, opting out means you won't be able to sign up, log in on a new device, or reset your password by text until you opt back in (reply UNSTOP).
• Delivery: messages are sent through Amazon Web Services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we don't sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with anyone for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give wtm.miami a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute your content on and in connection with operating wtm.miami. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons, backups that cycle out over time, and replies others have already made to you.

Your posts are public. Anyone, with or without an account, can see them along with your username and a rough distance from them.

You promise you have the rights to what you post and that it follows these terms and the Community Rules.

What you can't do

• Break the Community Rules or the law.
• Post content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights (see Copyright).
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access or post to wtm.miami, or get around rate limits, bot checks, or location rounding.
• Try to find out where another user is, or who they are, beyond what wtm.miami shows.
• Interfere with, probe, or attack wtm.miami's systems, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Moderation

We are not obligated to review content before it appears, but we may. Images are screened automatically and may be held for review before they're shown. We may remove or hide any content, and suspend or ban any account, at our discretion, including content that is reported or that we believe breaks these terms. Content reported by several people may be hidden automatically while we review it. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, or stop offering wtm.miami, at any time, with or without notice, including if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as your content license for already-made replies, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Disclaimers

wtm.miami is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Posts are written by users, not by us, and we don't endorse or verify them. Distances shown are approximate. We don't promise wtm.miami will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that texts will arrive on time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Presha Platforms LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of wtm.miami or content posted by others. Our total liability for any claim relating to wtm.miami is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (wtm.miami is free, so usually $100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Presha Platforms LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of wtm.miami, or your breaking these terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit relating to wtm.miami or these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll give notice on wtm.miami or by email before they take effect. If you keep using wtm.miami after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

Everything else

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and that part will be enforced as far as the law allows. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization. These terms, the Community Rules, the Copyright page, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about wtm.miami.
